Teens should have social media

I believe teens should have full access to social media. Most trends and new things come from teens on social media. Most teens are responsible so they are capable of setting their own limits. Which is why teens should have social media. Although there are some things you would want to avoid like, hackers, unknown people, ect. You can easily avoid these things by having a secure password, not giving out personal information, and engaging with suspicious accounts. Some parents might have some restrictions on their child’s account to make sure their safe or lack of trust. Teens should be allowed to have social media because they learn a lot of information about the world and what’s going on at the moment. Not only that but teens could also connect with each other through interests and creativity. Social media is a place for entertainment and laughter not only for teens but for people all ages. Many teens use social media to follow educational pages, tutorials, and news. It can expose them to new ideas, cultures, and perspectives. Managing accounts, creating content, and learning how platforms work can teach digital skills that are useful in modern careers.
